By using the Viptram Email Platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and acceptable use requirements.
The platform may only be used to send emails to recipients who have explicitly opted in to receive communications from you.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
You are the sender of all emails sent through this platform. You are solely responsible for compliance with CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR and any other applicable email laws in your jurisdiction. You must have consent from all recipients before sending. You must not send to purchased, rented or scraped email lists. You must include a valid physical address in your emails. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with abuse complaints, high bounce rates (above 5%) or spam reports.
We are a technology platform provider, not the sender of your emails. We provide infrastructure only and are not responsible for the content of emails sent by our customers.
Users are responsible for maintaining compliance with email laws and ensuring recipient consent.
Accounts generating excessive bounce or complaint rates, or that receive abuse reports, may be restricted or suspended without notice to protect the platform's deliverability and reputation. Repeated or severe violations of this policy may result in permanent termination.
We process the recipient data you upload solely to provide the sending, tracking and analytics features of the platform on your behalf. You remain the data controller for your recipient lists and are responsible for having a lawful basis to process and email that data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
If you use Viptram to send WhatsApp messages, the following additional requirements apply:
