Email Sending Policy

This policy explains what you can and cannot send through the Viptram Email Platform. It applies to every campaign, automation and API-triggered email sent from your account. See also our Terms of Service.

What you can send

• Emails to recipients who have explicitly opted in to hear from you
• Transactional and relationship emails to your own customers or users
• Newsletters and marketing emails to lists you own and can demonstrate consent for

What you cannot send

• Unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• Email to purchased, rented, harvested or scraped lists
• Misleading, deceptive or forged subject lines and headers
• Phishing, malware or fraudulent content
• Adult content, or content that is illegal in your jurisdiction
• Content that promotes hate, violence or discrimination

Consequences

Violating this policy, or generating excessive bounce rates, complaint rates or abuse reports, may result in campaigns being paused, sending privileges being restricted, or the account being suspended or terminated. It can also result in our sending infrastructure being blacklisted, which is why we enforce this policy strictly.
