Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request that Viptram delete the personal data we hold about you or your customers. This page explains how to submit that request and what to expect.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to support@viptram.com from the email address associated with your Viptram account. Include “Data Deletion Request” in the subject line.

What Happens Next

  1. We verify your identity. We will confirm the request came from the account holder before taking any action.
  2. We delete your data. Account data, contact lists, message history, and any associated WhatsApp integration data are permanently removed from our systems within 30 days of your verified request.
  3. We confirm deletion. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
